A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Thomas J. Lanza Jr., who passed on April 4, 2020, and his mother-in-law Theresa Tempalski, who passed on May 20,2020. Mass has been scheduled for Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in Saint Andre Bessette Parish, 668 North Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. Rev. Joseph Greskiewicz will be celebrant of Mass.
Family and friends may call at the church on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until time of service.
Military honors for Thomas, provided by the U.S. Army and Plains American Legion Post 558, will be held at the parish cemetery following the Memorial Mass.
Arrangements are in the care of the Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc. Plains Twp.
