Obituary of Jane Patricia Stegura

Janet Patricia Dieso Stegura, 68, of the Yatesville, was called home by the Lord on Friday, May 24, 2013, in the Hospice Community Care, of Geisinger Hospital South, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Pittston on July 4, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Nellie Kulinski Dieso. She grew up in Yatesville. She was a graduate of the Jenkins Township High School, class of 1962. Janet was employed by various employers until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her nephew Patrick Dieso Jr. Surviving are brothers Patrick and Charles Dieso; sister Martha Yanaitis; several nieces and nephews; and her faithful friend Sammy. Janet's funeral will be held at 10:00a.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at the Yanaitis Funeral Home Inc., 55 Stark Street, Plains. Interment will follow in St. Rocco's Cemetery, Pittston. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00a.m. till time of service.
